Tehran is prepared to reinitiate atomic talks with Washington provided that it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations was effective, and disclosed new appeals had been made by intermediaries to resume negotiations with the American leadership. He asserted Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Iran had not yet reached a point to authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to access attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.

Navigating a Complex Course

Iran's diplomats claimed they felt they had attained a "magic solution" to the enrichment issue in prior discussions, when it was decided an Iran-based consortium with Washington's engagement could process nuclear material. The two nations would have been able to assert triumph since local refinement would have continued and the US could be confident that Iran's nuclear programme was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been settled in the negotiations that American atomic experts could work inside Iran, but that was a logical implication of the cooperative offer. Officials asserted three times they had achieved a deal with the US representative the American negotiator only for the deal to disintegrate due to "opponents in the US".

Existing Situation

Dialogue can still be alive and remains the final answer to settle conflicts, but its standards, guidelines and tenets must be followed."

"Provided that they speak to the Iranian people with the language of respect and respect, they will get a reply in the identical approach."

Restoration and Rebuilding

In what is described by Iranian officials as the struggle of restoration and reconstruction, the foreign minister claimed he was confident Iran's military capacities "are much stronger than preceding 13 or 14 June of this year. He continued: "We successfully passed this conflict. Our atomic expertise, which they intended to eliminate, remains in place.
